Executive Chef Peter Hamm of Southern Prime


We are very excited to introduce to you Southern Prime’s Executive Chef, Peter Hamm. Chef Hamm has worked in many fine dining establishments, including: Rockwell’s Kitchen and Tap/Republic in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Cruz Bay Prime in St. John, US Virgin Islands.

As Executive Chef of Southern Prime, Chef Hamm wants to create an exciting atmosphere and serve scrumptious food. The menu, which Chef Hamm has developed, takes steakhouse classics and adds refreshing twists.

Quality ingredients are essential to successful dishes. Chef Hamm plans to work with local fresh ingredients, when possible, to ensure the brightest flavors.

Southern Prime opens in a little over three weeks, March 14th to be exact. Chef Hamm is excited to share this experience with you. For reservations please call 910-693-0123.
